By purchasing, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to this Disclaimer.
1) Educational Information and Setup Guidance Only
The Services are provided for educational, informational, and general setup guidance purposes only.
Nothing in the Services constitutes, or is intended to constitute:
legal advice,
financial advice,
medical advice,
mental health counseling,
credit repair,
forensic investigation,
guaranteed account recovery,
managed cybersecurity services,
emergency incident response,
or any other regulated professional service.
We provide guidance to help you better understand and improve your digital security posture. You are solely responsible for how you interpret, apply, and maintain any information, settings, tools, or recommendations provided.
If you need legal, financial, credit repair, forensic, law enforcement, or professional incident response assistance, you should consult a qualified professional in the relevant field.
2) No Guarantees; Results May Vary
While the Services are designed to help improve digital safety practices, the Company makes no guarantees regarding:
prevention of hacks, scams, identity theft, account compromise, device compromise, or data breaches;
specific outcomes, risk reduction, or security level;
recovery of compromised accounts;
removal of personal information from the internet or data broker sites;
prevention of future fraud or unauthorized access;
availability, pricing, or functionality of third-party tools, platforms, settings, device operating systems, or services.
Digital risk is influenced by many factors outside our control, including your devices, accounts, network configuration, third-party providers, user behavior, family behavior, and evolving threats.
The Services may reduce the likelihood or impact of common digital risks when properly implemented and maintained, but no security measure is foolproof. You are responsible for implementing, maintaining, and periodically reviewing your own account settings, device settings, passwords, recovery options, and security decisions.
3) Not Emergency Services; No Incident Response
The Services, including any community support, monthly group calls, Q&A, or one-on-one setup sessions, are not emergency services.
If you believe you are actively compromised, experiencing fraud, or in urgent danger, you should immediately contact appropriate resources, such as:
your bank or credit card provider,
your mobile carrier,
the affected platform’s official support channels,
the credit bureaus,
local law enforcement, if applicable,
the Federal Trade Commission’s identity theft resources, if applicable,
or a qualified incident response professional.
We do not provide real-time emergency monitoring, immediate incident response, forensic analysis, guaranteed recovery services, or 24/7 support.
4) Third-Party Platforms, Tools, and Services
The Services may reference, discuss, recommend, or provide setup guidance involving third-party products, services, operating systems, apps, websites, or features (“Third-Party Services”).
Third-Party Services may include, but are not limited to:
password managers,
MFA/authenticator apps,
credit monitoring services,
identity protection services,
data broker removal services,
breach monitoring tools,
email providers,
mobile carriers,
banks and financial platforms,
device operating systems,
browser security tools,
VPN or privacy tools.
Third-Party Services are not owned or controlled by the Company.
We are not responsible for:
changes to third-party settings, pricing, interfaces, policies, or features;
outages, errors, discontinued services, or inaccurate alerts;
your use or misuse of any third-party product or service;
billing, cancellation, refund, or support issues with third-party providers;
Any third-party references are provided for convenience and general guidance. Unless explicitly stated, references do not constitute endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, or guarantee.
You are responsible for reviewing and agreeing to the terms, privacy policies, fees, and risks of any third-party services you choose to use.

You acknowledge that:

You agree to use good judgment, verify settings before making changes, and contact the appropriate third-party provider when platform-specific support is required.
6) Your Responsibility; Safe Use and Data Security
You are responsible for:
maintaining backups where appropriate;
safely storing passwords, passkeys, recovery codes, and backup codes;
ensuring you have authorization to make changes on any account, device, or system you modify;
supervising minors in accordance with your household rules and applicable laws;
reviewing and maintaining your own security settings after setup;
deciding which third-party tools or paid services to use;
protecting sensitive personal, financial, and household information.
Do not share passwords, MFA codes, recovery codes, financial account numbers, Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, or other sensitive personal information during community interactions, group calls, or public posts.
During one-on-one sessions, you remain responsible for what you choose to display or share by screen share. We do not ask you to send us your passwords, Social Security number, or full financial account information.
7) Acceptable Use and Safety Boundaries
The Services are intended to help individuals, couples, and families improve digital safety ethically and lawfully.
You agree that you will not use the Services to:
access someone else’s accounts or devices without permission;
engage in surveillance, stalking, harassment, impersonation, or invasion of privacy;
obtain or request instructions for bypassing, defeating, or circumventing security controls, parental controls, monitoring tools, school systems, work systems, or safety mechanisms;
compromise, test, attack, scan, exploit, or interfere with any system, network, account, or device without authorization;
engage in illegal activity of any kind.
We reserve the right to remove content, refuse service, suspend access, or terminate membership for violations of these standards, without refund where permitted by law.
8) Community and Group Call Participation
The Private Digital Protection Community and monthly group calls provide general education, implementation guidance, accountability, and Q&A.
Community participation and group calls do not create any professional-client relationship, including but not limited to consultant-client, attorney-client, financial advisor-client, therapist-client, or managed services relationship.
Monthly Community Calls
Monthly community calls are group calls intended for general education, common member questions, security reminders, scam awareness, breach awareness, and practical digital safety guidance.
Questions may be submitted in advance using the method provided inside the community.
We may decline questions that are:
out of scope,
unsafe,
overly personal for a group setting,
related to bypassing security controls,
related to surveillance or unauthorized access,
or require individualized professional services.
Community Q&A
Community Q&A is intended for general guidance and educational discussion.
For private account-specific help or one-on-one setup, an additional paid session or setup package may be recommended.
9) One-on-One Setup Sessions
One-on-one setup sessions provide guided education and setup assistance based on the specific service purchased.
Depending on the service purchased, sessions may include review or guidance related to:
account security,
primary email protection,
password manager setup,
MFA/passkey setup,
breach exposure review,
credit monitoring guidance,
identity protection tool guidance,
data broker removal tool guidance,
phone carrier security,
recovery planning,
family security rules,
and general digital safety practices.
One-on-one sessions are not managed IT services, emergency incident response, forensic investigation, legal advice, financial advice, credit repair, or guaranteed remediation services.
We may decline unsafe requests, requests involving bypass or circumvention, or requests requiring professional services outside the scope of the purchased service.
10) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pinks Tech Services LLC dba Mr Pink, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to:
your access to or use of the Services;
your reliance on any information provided;
actions you take or do not take based on the Services;
account compromise, identity theft, scams, fraud, financial loss, or data loss;
accidental lockout, misconfiguration, or loss of access;
third-party services, tools, providers, platforms, or software;
delays, interruptions, outages, or errors.
If liability is imposed by a court, then to the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company’s total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to the Company for the specific Service giving rise to the claim in the 90 days preceding the event.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In such cases, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
11) Assumption of Risk
You understand and agree that any changes you make to devices, accounts, passwords, MFA settings, recovery options, credit monitoring tools, privacy tools, or security settings carry inherent risks.
These risks may include, but are not limited to:
accidental lockout,
loss of account access,
misconfiguration,
data loss,
missed alerts,
failed recovery attempts,
tool incompatibility,
unexpected third-party charges,
or changes in account behavior.
You assume full responsibility for decisions and actions taken based on the Services.
12) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its representatives from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from:
your misuse of the Services;
your violation of this Disclaimer;
your violation of any applicable law;
your infringement of any third-party rights;
unauthorized access or changes made to accounts, devices, or systems;
information you choose to share in community spaces or sessions.
13) Intellectual Property; License to Use
All content provided through the Services, including videos, worksheets, templates, dashboards, text, graphics, logos, checklists, downloads, recordings, and related materials, is owned by the Company or licensed to the Company and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal household use only.

record or distribute calls without written permission.
14) Recording Notice
Community calls, group calls, and/or one-on-one sessions may be recorded for quality, training, documentation, and/or replay access, unless otherwise stated.
By participating in a recorded session, you consent to recording.
You are responsible for complying with any applicable recording consent laws. If you do not wish to be recorded, do not join the call or notify us in advance if an alternative is available.
15) Refund Policy Reference
Refunds, if offered, are governed by our published refund policy and/or the written guarantee or refund terms presented at purchase.
In the event of any conflict between marketing language and the written refund policy, the written refund policy controls.
